2. The service
We provide entertainment software and related information online. Some games may include optional rewarded video ads. We do not currently offer in-app purchases in our mini games unless a specific product says otherwise.

You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you, and you must follow the rules of any platform where you play our games.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our games for entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, or redistribute our software except as allowed by law or by a platform’s official sharing features.
5. Accounts and platform rules
If a game runs inside another platform (for example TikTok), that platform’s terms and privacy policy also apply.
6. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempts to disrupt servers, abuse support channels, or break platform policies.
7. Advertising
Optional rewarded ads may be offered for in-game benefits. Rewards are granted only when the platform reports that the ad was completed.
8. Intellectual property
All rights in our games, brands, text, and visuals remain with Fresh Scoop Diner LLC or our licensors. “Tap and Joy” is used as our games label.
9. Disclaimer
The website and games are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or stop offering a game or website feature when needed.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. State and federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
